Red meat may not be as dangerous as previously advertised by our health agencies

Red meat may not be as dangerous as previously advertised by our health agencies. With that said, eat it sparingly with natural foods: vegetables, nuts, seeds, meats, fish, and fruits, in this order; eat a full spectrum of them at levels that support exercise but not body fat.
A couple of thoughts on this study...
1. It does show some weak evidence that there is a link between red meat and an increased risk of colorectal cancer, breast cancer, type 2 diabetes, and ischemic heart disease.
2. We are not sure what the participants not eating red meat were actually eating. If they were replacing it with things like Impossible burgers, or other foods high in seed oils, this would mean that red meat is even worse than a diet full of unhealthy foods. We need more specificity here.
3. This study doesn't mean red meat should be eaten at every meal, every day. It should be unprocessed and eaten sparingly in a well-balanced diet to give yourself the best chance of avoiding disease.
