Lemon Pepper Talapia

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds tilapia

  • 1 TBSP olive oil

  • 2 TBSP lemon juice

  • 1 TBSP low-sodium soy sauce

  • 1 TSP garlic powder

  • 1 TSP black pepper

  • 1 TSP paprika (optional)

Directions

  1. Set oven to broil at 500 degrees Fahrenheit

  2. mix olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl

  3. coat tilapia with mixture and place on greased baking sheet

  4. Broil for 8-10 minutes or until internal temp is 140 degrees Fahrenheit

Serve over quinoa or a bed of greens with a side of broccoli
